Booking Confirmation

Once booked, you’ll receive an email with all the details of your booking, including a unique barcode. This barcode is essential for checking in your luggage.

Itinerary Changes

Need to make any changes to your booking? Just contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Step 4

Check-in

On the day of your arrival, show the barcode to our representatives at Kyoto Station, and check in your luggage. You’ll then pay for the service.

Step 5

Delivery

Our team will handle the rest. We’ll ensure your luggage is delivered safely to your hotel or accommodation.
